Learn about the top 5 best relics to get in Remnant 2.
Remnant 2 takes players on a journey across several universes and numerous realms. During this journey, you will battle a great number of monsters and God-like creatures. Before taking on these dangerous enemies, you must prepare carefully to take any advantage you can get.
Relics are one of many equippables that will help you in your battles. Furthermore, their usefulness in the game can sometimes be overlooked.
Relics are items that give a stat boost when activated. They have a variety of functions ranging from healing to modifying your playing style.
5. Unsullied Heart

On use, heals for 100% of Current Health over 0.5s.
Pros:
- Can potentially increase health by a lot.
- Good for builds with high max health.
- The heal is almost instantaneous.
Cons:
- Not useful when you are at very low health.
- Usefulness is situational.
- Can be tricky to acquire.
How to Get Unsullied Heart
You can find the Unsullied Heart inside the Beatific Palace or the Malefic Palace in Losomn. However, you’ll need to beat both Faerin and Faelin, which will allow you to craft the One True King Sigil. Equipping this amulet in front of the large sword-wielding statue near either palace will grant you access to the Unsullied Heart.
4. Shielded Heart

On use, it grants a Shield for 100% of Current Health. It lasts 20s or until the Shield is removed by damage.
Pros:
- Great for fighting large groups of enemies.
- Great for retreating when you are at low health.
- Useful for both melee and ranged builds.
- Great for boss fights, particularly in negating one-shot attacks.
- Great boost to survivability, making it useful for both tanks and glass cannons.
Cons:
- Shield only lasts 20 seconds.
- Doesn’t provide healing.
How to Get Shielded Heart
You can find the Shielded Heart in the Tower of the Unseen, which can be found in either the Timeless Horizon, Abyssal Rift, Phantom Wasteland or The Eon Vault in N’Erud.
Once in the tower, you’ll have to solve the door and orb puzzle leading to the Shield Heart.
Once you solve the puzzle, you’ll have to beat a boss named “E.D Alpha”. Afterwards, backtrack to the area of the first key by taking the elevator to the right of the entrance of the boss room.
Continue through to the winded path, go all the way up through the first door you unlocked during the door puzzle, and take the elevator on the right to go up to the next level. Then, go through the door on the right up the winding path to find and retrieve a Stellar Powered Cell.
With that in hand, go down the winding path and across the room to the elevator. Step on it to trigger it, but quickly get off. It will expose a hole. Go through it, and you’ll find another, which you can drop through to reach a platform.
Once on the platform, you’ll find a locked door where you can use Stellar Powered Cell to retrieve the Shielded Heart.
3. Reprocessed Heart

On use, it converts 5 Health to 40 Mod Power per second for 25s for Both Weapons. Cannot die from conversion.
Pros:
- Allows for a lot of mod usage, making it great for builds based on mod power.
- Can be used in tandem with Ring of Crisis to make an infinite shield regeneration build.
- You cannot die from the conversion
Cons:
- Not great for beginners.
- Can turn you into a glass cannon.
How to Get Reprocessed Heart
The Reprocessed Heart can be found in a hidden spot inside the Labyrinth. After making your way through the library you’ll be able to open a door to the right which is guarded by some enemies. Hit the door to open it and you’ll find a portal to the right once you go through it.

The area the portal sends you to changes with time. Wait until you see a jump through another portal to go through it. The second portal will send you to the area holding the Reprocessed Heart.
2. Runed Heart

On use, increases Health Regeneration by 5 and generates 500 Mod Power over 10s.
Pros:
- Great for builds based on mod power.
- The Mod Power generation activates relatively quickly.
- Great for tanky builds.
Cons:
- Healing for only 10s is not good enough compared to other healing relics.
- The mod power generation lasting only for 10 seconds means you’ll have to time it carefully.
How to Get Runed Heart
The Runed Heart can be found near the Entangled Gauntlet fast travel point in the Labyrinth.
From the Entangled Gauntlet checkpoint, go straight beneath the staircase on the left to find a hidden path. At the end of the path, you’ll find the Runed Heart relic.
1. Void Heart

On use, it reduces incoming damage by 50% for 4s. When buff ends, it heals 100% of missing health over 0.75s.
Pros:
- Gives a significant defensive boost in combat.
- Great for support/healer builds.
- The heal comes off quite fast, making it very clutch.
Cons:
- Not great for glass cannon classes such as Hunters.
- Damage reduction is not enough to save you when at very low health.
- Requires careful timing for effective use.
- Hard to acquire.
How to Get Void Heart
It will take some substantial work to get this relic. You’ll have to complete the Alepsis-Taura quest in the N’Erud storyline, which involves collecting Seeker Keys and defeating the world boss, Sha’Hala.

After collecting the Seeker Keys and defeating the world boss, Sha’Hala, you’ll be able to travel to a void world, Alepsis-Taura. Keep moving in the direction you were facing once you arrive there. Eventually, you’ll find the Void Heart at the edge of the map.
