Outright Games announced the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem game in September 2023. Game Informer confirmed that the game is now titled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed and will be released in late 2024. The game is developed by Heart & Slash studio and will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is a 3D brawler/platformer set after the events of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie from 2023. The game intended to have the same humor as the film, with an original storyline about a new wave of mutants attacking New York City and all four Turtles fighting through the sewers and streets of the city.

Mutants Unleashed will offer two-player local co-op gameplay, a feature that has been a major part of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video games.
