Freestar Collective Location
You will find the Freestar Collective headquarters in Akila city on the Akila planet located in the Cheyenne system.
How to Join Freestar Collective
To join the Freestar Collective, you will have to initiate the ‘Empty Nest’ mission, which will take you to Akila City and a place called the Rock.
On the Rock’s second floor, you will encounter an NPC called Emma, who will offer you a bounty quest, and after a successful completion, you will be invited to join the Freestar Collective.
