This quiz starts after you use the 1 Button in the Otherworld Brookhaven Hospital Elevator.

Question 1

• Question: “In the early eighteen-hundreds, a terrible disease spread across Silent Hill resulting in the death of many of its inhabitants. Their bodies are thrown into the lake to sleep forever in their watery grave. How many souls were lost during the plague?”
• Choices:

• Answer:

  • This answer can be found on a plaque near Toluca Lake, honors sixty seven people who fell to an illness and were dumped in the lake.

• Question: “Follow Sanders Street heading East and further on, to the outskirts of town. One – and only one – road will take you towards the lumber yard and the cemetery. What is the name of that road?”
• Choices:

  • 2. Munson Street
  • 3. Wiltse Road
• Answer:
  • 3. Wiltse Road
  • Wiltse road connects Sanders Street to Nathan Avenue and leads to a lumber yard and then the cemetery.

You won’t be able to answer the questions while they play in the elevator. Instead, you’ll need the answers to unlock a Decorative Box which contains some useful items. These items are:

The box can be found in the pharmacy in 1F, across from the elevator, after you find the Lead Ring. On the box, you can give your answers for the quiz
