In this article, we bring you the updated settings of S1mple for Counter-Strike 2, covering everything from crosshair settings to mouse sensitivity and more.

Oleksandr “S1mple” Kostyliev is a top-ranked Ukrainian Counter-Strike Professional Player for Natus Vincere, also known as NaVi. During his decade-long career, he has earned notable achievements, including championship titles for NaVi in multiple international tournaments, including BLAST Premier, ESL Pro League, Intel Extreme Masters, DreamHack, and more.

He also has multiple personal achievements, including being the HLTV MVP of over 21 tournaments, which is the most for any Counter-Strike player, along with a three-time HLTV Player of the Year achievement.

After Counter-Strike: Global Offensive officially shut down its servers on September 27, 2023, Counter-Strike: 2 officially went live. All the former CS:GO professional players shifted to the new game, including s1mple.

After playing around with the settings from CS2’s closed beta, s1mple has landed on the optimal settings for him to play the game at peak performance. This article will go through all his settings for Counter-Strike: 2, his sensitivity settings, gaming gear, monitor specification and settings, PC hardware, etc.

s1mple’s Updated Counter-Strike 2 Settings

Much like any top-tier pro, s1mple has his own unique CS2 settings that practically sync with his style of play. These settings may not be the sole reason behind him being arguably the best CS player in the world, but they certainly play a key role. He has fine-tuned every video setting, meticulously tweaked his monitor and audio settings, and calibrated mouse sensitivity to create a setup, giving him a competitive edge over his opponents.

Remember that professional players, such as s1mple, frequently make minor adjustments to their settings. These changes usually fall within a certain range. So, while it’s a good idea to take cues from pro players’ Counter-Strike 2 settings, it’s equally important to remember that blindly mimicking them will not let you play like them. Get that out of your head. A certain Pro player’s settings will not always match your play style.

Let’s dive right in and discover the settings that s1mple uses, allowing you to fine-tune your own and improve your CS: 2 skills. It’s essential to go through each setting and identify what resonates with your play style. You can then apply these settings as-is or tweak them to your preferences for an optimized gaming experience.

Video Settings

Starting, we have the Video Settings s1mple uses for CS2. He is sticking to the coveted 4:3 stretch aspect ratio many pros swear by. This helps by lowering the field of view and stretching it on a 16:9 monitor, making the opponent characters appear wider. Even though he uses a 1080p monitor, he plays at a lower resolution for maximum FPS on a 360hz monitor, which has become the industry standard now in the Pro League. Here’s what Video settings s1mple uses for Counter-Strike 2.
