The title for Rainbow Six Siege’s upcoming season has been revealed by the Brazilian account of R6 Esports.

Ubisoft has surprisingly kept things quiet with leaks of Siege’s Y8S3 update. The official reveal panel date and time has been revealed recently, but the name of the season was kept a secret until now.

The Twitter account of R6 Esports Brasil has revealed the name of Rainbow Six Siege’s Y8S3, which is called ‘Operation Heavy Mettle‘. This might be an accident or an intentional move, as things like this have happened before, where other regional accounts revealed the news earlier than the official account.

As we have stated earlier, not much is known about Siege’s latest operator, as Ubisoft has tightened its security to reduce leaks on the internet. From the Year 8 roadmap, we can confirm the new operator will hail from South Korea. We can also speculate from the teaser above that the new operator might have a gadget that complements a breacher.

Alongside this operator, Siege’s Y8S3 will bring the new Player Commendation system that will reward good behavior, changes to the Arcade game modes, and a lot more. Stay tuned for more updates.
