Rainbow 6 ROG Masters APAC 2022 Final: Teams, Schedule, Prize Pool, and more

ROG Masters APAC 2022 Final is just around the corner, and the four Asian teams will fight off for the trophy and 18,000 USD in Bangkok, Thailand.

Announced a few months ago, ROG Masters APAC 2022 pitted the best Rainbow Six Siege teams across the four different Asian regions to earn a spot in the Grand Finals. The tournament commenced on August 15th and consisted of a whopping 40,000 USD total prize pool.

Teams

Teams from Japan, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and South Korea took part in the regional finals, and only the first-placed team earned a ticket to the Final. ROG Masters APAC 2022 Final (Playoff Stage) will be broadcasted live from Bangkok, Thailand, during the Thailand Game Show.

Schedule

ROG Masters APAC 2022 Final is kicking off next week on October 21st, continuing till October 23rd. The first upper-bracket matchup of Monkey Hunters vs Panthera will take place on Oct 21 at 10:30 IST. While the second match will commence at 15:30 IST on the same day.

As it is a double-elimination tournament, teams will fall down to the lower bracket for another chance to reach the Grand Finals, which will be streamed live on Oct 23rd at 13:30 IST.

Prize Pool

ROG Masters APAC 2022 was announced with a total prize pool of 40,000 USD. However, the Playoff stage will consist of a total prize pool of 18,000 USD, which will be split as follows:

  • 1st: USD $8,000
  • 2nd: USD $5,000
  • 3rd: USD $3,000
  • 4th: USD $2,000

While Gaimin Gladiators, from the APAC South League, might be the favourites to win the whole tournament, you shouldn’t sleep on the other teams.
