Milio is getting a new skin in Patch 14.13 since his release.
Riot is set to introduce a skin for Milio in League of Legends. The last skin Milio got was Faerie Court Milio which was released in Patch 13.6.
Thus, it is fitting that Milio is getting a new skin now after a while. It is a lot of rain, water, and bubble animations for the skin and it fits for Milio. A very good addition as a 2nd skin for the champion.
