Aurelion Sol will be getting his first Legendary skin with the new Porcelain 2024 skin line.
With Patch 14.4, Riot Games is bringing back the ever-popular Porcelain skin line to League of Legends.
The Porcelain skin line was originally released back in 2022. Since its release, the skin line has become a fan-favorite among the League community. The unique skin line features champions imbued with powerful porcelain artifacts called the Zodiac Relics. Each relic is based on the Chinese Zodiac and is what gives these champions their distinctive porcelain appearance.
Over the years, the skin line has produced some incredible skins. Some of the notable skins are Porcelain Amumu, Porcelain Protector Ezreal, and Porcelain Lux. That said, after a year of hiatus, Riot is bringing back the skin line in the form of Porcelain 2024.
The Porcelain 2024 skin line will be coming with seven brand-new skins, and the recipients of the skins are Aurelion Sol, Darius, Graves, Irelia, Miss Fortune, Kindred, and Morgana. In this article, we will look at the Aurilion Sol skin, specifically, and see how it fares against his other skins.
Porcelain Protector Aurelion Sol will be Aurelion Sol’s first Legendary skin. Like most Legendary skins, Porcelain Protector Aurelion Sol will feature new animations, effects, and a new voiceover. It will also dawn the classic Porcelain aesthetics. But what makes the skin stand out from his other skins is the sound effects; they are crisp and feel very satisfying, especially his Q-Breath of Light. His animations are fantastic as well. The only thing I can nitpick about the skin is the Auto Attack animations, which look kind of awkward.
Overall, a fantastic skin and definitely the best Aurilion Sol skin released so far.
Porcelain Protector Aurelion Sol will be a Legendary skin; thus, it will cost 1820 RP.
Porcelain Protector Aurelion Sol will hit live servers on Patch 14.4, which will be released on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
