Heart of Ira grants you immunity to fatigue and exhaustion and envelops you within an aura of nothingness.
This immunity amulet is perfect for explorers, mobile classes, and classes that rely on one-to-one combat; it lets you attack continuously. Aura of Nothingness is an offensive aura that causes enemies near it to take 2d6 damage and needs to succeed on a DC 17 Reflex saving throw to avoid fatigue.
This amulet has a slight disadvantage: the aura also damages nearby party members.
