Modern Warfare 3 Beta has introduced a new game mode for players to enjoy. Let’s take a look at how the new game mode, Cutthroat, works.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is the most anticipated game of 2023. The third entrant in the MW reboot saga, the game will continue the TF141 saga by introducing Makarov and Konni Group.

Modern Warfare 3 will feature a revamped multiplayer game mode like the campaign. With the new multiplayer experience, players will also get a new game mode called Cutthroat. The game mode is the first 3v3v3 objective-based mode in Call of Duty’s history.

What is the new Cutthroat Game Mode?

Cutthroat is a round-based 3v3v3 objective game mode with a moving flag. The game will feature a 3-way fight for players. It is the first-of-its-kind game mode in Call of Duty, and it was shown in the CoD Next 2023 event.

The game mode aims to solve the problem where trio players had to queue for normal team-based game modes. Now they can play Cutthroat against other trios and get the same experience as a 2v2 gunfight.

The three teams spawn at three different points on the map and then move toward the moving flag to capture it or eliminate other players. The game mode will be featured on all the remastered maps and also the new maps coming with MW3 on launch.

Sledgehammer Games aims to deliver a new experience for players who want a different challenge. The game mode will not replace any existing one. The game mode is set to be introduced with the open beta phase of Modern Warfare 3.
