How to get to St. Fermis Church in Metaphor: Refantazio.
There are plenty of things to do during your downtime in Metaphor: ReFantazio and plenty of places to visit. Throughout your adventures in the Kingdom of Euchronia, you’ll come across different characters, quests, and locations.
In between dungeon crawling and combat, it is important to upgrade your character and party members as much as you can and prepare for the next battle. You can do this through side quests, such as completing Requests, and visiting various shops, such as Armor and Weapon Shops to upgrade your gear.
St. Fermis Church is one such location. There, you can buy helpful items and upgrade your gear. It is also involved in one of the earliest Requests you can complete in Metaphor.

Pagan’s Dilemma
After you complete the Prologue and reach Grand Trad in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you’ll be able to take requests starting from 6/12. One of the first requests you’ll get is Pagan’s Dilemma. You can start this request by talking to the Mustari Man outside the Hushed Honeybee Inn on Sunshade Row in Grand Trad. He’ll tell you that his daughter is ill and needs a medicine called Breath of Fresh Air. You’ll have till 6/16 to finish this quest, and you can find Breath of Fresh Air in St. Fermis Church.
Where to Find St. Fermis Church
To find St. Fermis Church, travel to Sunlumeo Street in Grand Trad. You can use your map to fast travel there.
Once there, head north along the left side of the north. You’ll find the church just across from Brigitta’s Shop.
Head inside the church and talk to the Sanctor. After a conversation, he will agree to sell you the Breath of Fresh Air. Select Buy when the menu appears and scroll to find Breath of Fresh Air at the bottom of the list. It will cost you 500 Reeve.
Pagan’s Dilemma Rewards
Return to the Mustari Man with the medicine in hand and you’ll complete the request.
The Mustari Man will reward you with a Rusted Accessory which can be appraised at a weapon or armour shop to get a random accessory.
You’ll also get +4 Tolerance points.
Things to do at St. Fermis Church
Besides this request, you can also do various things at the Church.
Firstly, you can purchase recovery items, which can cure Status Ailments from the Sanctor.
