League of Legends is heading back to the burning frontier with a new wave of High Noon skins, and this time, Akshan and Locke are stepping into the spotlight. Riot previously confirmed that both champions would be joining the High Noon skin line, and now the first splash arts have started making the rounds online.

The High Noon universe has always been one of League’s most stylish skin lines, mixing western gunslingers, demonic power, fire, angels, devils, and gothic fantasy into one of Riot’s most recognizable themes.

With Akshan and Locke now joining the lineup, this new batch looks like it will continue that darker, more cinematic version of High Noon rather than the simpler cowboy style the skin line started with years ago.

LoL High Noon Skins First Look

High Noon Akshan looks like Riot is leaning into his flashy, heroic gunslinger side. The white cape, ornate hat, glowing weapon, and dynamic movement all make him stand out from many of the darker High Noon skins.

Akshan has always had a stylish champion identity, so this skin feels like a strong match. His whole character fantasy is built around movement, confidence, and dramatic plays, which line up nicely with the High Noon universe. Based on the splash art, this could easily become one of his cleanest skins if the in-game model and effects match the energy of the artwork.

High Noon Locke may end up being the bigger talking point simply because he is a brand-new champion. His splash art gives off a more sinister and aggressive vibe, with burning effects and sharp demonic details that immediately connect him to the darker side of the High Noon universe.

Locke already sounds like a champion built around timing, setup, and explosive damage, and the High Noon theme gives Riot plenty of room to make his abilities feel fiery, dangerous, and dramatic in-game.

LoL High Noon Skins Release Date

The new High Noon skins are expected to arrive with League of Legends Patch 26.13. According to Riot’s official patch schedule, Patch 26.13 is currently planned for June 24, 2026.

LoL High Noon Skins Price

Riot has not officially confirmed the exact RP price for High Noon Akshan or High Noon Locke at the time of writing. However, most modern Epic skins in League of Legends are usually priced at 1350 RP, and several past High Noon skins have followed that pricing.

The biggest things players are still waiting for are the in-game previews, animations, sound effects, chromas, and final RP pricing. Splash arts can build hype, but League skins truly live or die by how they feel in-game. If Riot nails the VFX, High Noon Akshan and High Noon Locke could easily become two of the standout skins of Patch 26.13.
