Biscuit Delivery will receive a rework in the upcoming patch.
One of the most significant changes Riot made to League of Legends in early 2024 was dividing the season into three splits. Along with it, Riot announced that there would be massive changes before each split. With Split 2 ending soon and the start of Split 3 on September 25th, Riot has started testing the promised changes in the PBE server.
There are a lot of changes coming to Split 3. Starting off with the item changes, almost every item in the game is getting nerfed one way or another. This was announced at an earlier date by Riot Phreak. These nerfs aim to make each champion’s kit matter rather than items overshadowing the champion.
There are also changes to some champions such as Tristana and K’Sante. But the most important changes are the changes to Keystones and Runes. These include Lethal Tempo finally returning. There are also some changes to Biscuit Delivery, which we will mainly discuss today.

Biscuit Delivery Rework
Here are all the changes coming to Biscuit Delivery,
- Gain a Total Biscuit of Everlasting Will 2 mins, until 6 min
- Missing mana restore: 8% >>> removed
- Permanent mana: 40 >>> removed
- Biscuits restore 12% of your missing health. Consuming or selling a Biscuit permanently increases your health by 30.
The number of biscuit players are given remains the same. But the missing Mana Regeneration and Maximum Mana are getting removed from the rune. Instead missing Health Regeneration is going up from 10% to 12%. Additionally, each biscuit increases player health by 30, so a total of 90 extra health.
As changes go, these are pretty small changes but it will massively affect champions that rely on the previous Biscuit Delivery mana recovery to function in lane. Also, this should help quite a bit now in Melee vs Ranged Champion matchups.
Release Date
Biscuit Delivery Rework along with other changes will be released in Patch 14.19, which is set to release on Wednesday, Sept 25, 2024.
