Viktor will apparently be getting a Rework in the upcoming months.
Riot appears to be going all out as Arcane returns on November 9, 2024, with its second season. They are releasing Arcane-themed skins for popular characters such as Vi, Singed, and Caitlyn. Additionally, Jinx is getting a new tier skin called an Exalted skin in celebration.
Additionally, ARAM is getting a new map called Bridge of Progress, which is based on Arcane. Now, PBE files suggest Viktor is getting reworked too. Back in 2021, Caitlyn received an ASU in celebration of Arcane Season 1, now it’s Viktor’s turn.

Viktor Rework 2024
Yesterday the League of Legends PBE (Public Beta Environment) was updated and a bunch of new stuff was added. Riot added four new Arcane-themed skins and also added some icons.
One of these Icons was of Viktor and it looks quite different from the Viktor we have in League of Legends. Many thought it was of an upcoming Viktor skin but after a little digging the data miners found out that Viktor was also getting a Rework.
Unlike the Caitlyn ASU (Art and Sustainability Update) in 2021, Viktor will be getting a VGU (Visual and Gameplay Update). This means Viktor will get a full visual and ability update and will get new voice lines.
As for how it will look we don’t know but it will likely have a resemblance to Arcane Season 2 Viktor. The release date is also not confirmed but it will likely be released on Patch 14.24, which goes live on Wednesday, Dec 11, 2024.
