Here is all you need to know about the Prime Gaming Capsule in League of Legends.

Riot has been proactive in trying to insert more events into League of Legends. These events are tailored to getting free rewards to players and also try to give extra rewards to people who bought the event pass. Since the game is in a Free-To-Play model, these are the kinds of avenues Riot uses to get some money in.

There are many events Riot has hosted in the past. The Worlds 2022 event happened not too long ago, and it had all the rewards for free players and players who bought the event pass. Following that was the Lunar Revel 2023 Event that released skins like the Prestige Mythmaker Sivir Skin and Lunar Emperor Thresh.

In addition to all of that, Riot partnered with Amazon to bring Prime Gaming events. Worlds 2022 featured a Prime Gaming event with codes and a draw to win many prizes, and since then, there has been a Prime Gaming Capsule every month. January was no different, but an issue caused a delay to the end of that event and the Capsule for the Month of February. This is what we know so far.

What is Prime Gaming

Prime Gaming is a monthly subscription that allows subscribers to get exclusive in-game loot, free games, free access to Twitch.tv, and all the benefits of Amazon Prime in one deal. It allows players to get exclusive stuff from one subscription, and it is a pretty nice deal.

Prime Gaming was giving away a Capsule for League of Legends through the subscription. However, some changes are being made regarding rewards for the Prime Gaming Capsule. The way to get the Capsule is still the name.

LoL Prime Gaming Capsule Rewards (November)

The new Prime Gaming Capsule loot will be available starting November 19, 2023. As it is a monthly reward, you will be able to claim it until December 15, 2023. This is a new capsule, as Riot Meddler mentioned that Riot and Amazon had renewed the partnership into 2023 and beyond.

Here are the rewards that you can receive from the Capsule.

  • 350 RP
  • 200 Orange Essence
  • 1 x Unowned 1350 RP Skin Permanent
  • Mystery Ward Skin
  • Champion Permanent Shard
  • 4 x Champion Shards
  • 2 x Series 1 Eternal Shards
  • 1 x 30-Day XP Boost

The first step to getting the Capsule is to link the Riot Games Account with the Amazon Prime Account. Here is how you can link both of these accounts.

  1. Go To The Prime Gaming Website.
  2. Login or create a Prime Gaming account with the subscription active.
  3. Find the game you’d like to redeem loot for using the Search Prime Gaming text field or simply scrolling through the available options.
  4. Select and Click League of Legends.
  5. Follow any prompts that come up, and then select your preferred Riot account.
  6. Select the Prime Capsule Reward.
  7. Done.

The rewards are based on having an Amazon Prime subscription, but you can also claim the 7-day free trial to claim the rewards. You can only do this once.

How To Claim The Rewards

To claim the rewards, just drop onto the Prime Gaming website and select League of Legends. After that, log in to your Prime Gaming account and redeem your Prime Gaming loot. The rewards can only be claimed once per account and cannot be transferred.

When Will Prime Gaming Capsule Drop Next?

The next Prime Capsule will drop on December 16, 2023. As the current capsule ends on December 15, it makes sense for another to start right after one ends.

So until then, this is what we know so far. For more news on the Amazon and Riot partnership to continue the Prime Gaming Capsule, make sure to keep an eye on our website.
