This custom mod brings the Iron Golem from Minecraft to League of Legends.
Have you ever wondered how Minecraft-themed skins for champions would look like? If yes, you are in the right place.
As an average League of Legends player and an avid Minecraft enjoyer, I’ve always wondered if there was a way to bring the look and feel of Minecraft to League of Legends. If it were possible, the best way would likely be Minecraft-themed skins for champions. But I doubt Riot and Mojang would collaborate anytime soon, and there were not many decent Minecraft mods for League of Legends. So I’d basically given up on my Minecraft/League collaboration idea.
But recently, I stumbled upon a mod that perfectly captured the Minecraft feel and brought it over to League of Legends. I’m talking about the Iron Golem mod skin for Mordekaiser. The mod is made by a modder named Sauronkaiser, and it perfectly captures the feel of Iron Golem through its custom textures and animations.
In this article, we will take a closer look at the mod and show you how to install the mod yourself.

Is It Safe?
Custom skins, according to Riot, are categorized as “Use at your own Risk.“
That said, Riot has not banned players for using custom skin mods. But there’s a risk of breaking game files using custom modes. These files can be easily fixed by reinstalling or repairing the game.
Otherwise, you can consider the mod pretty safe overall.
