Can you play Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth with your Game Pass subscription?
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is one of the most anticipated releases of 2024, it is the 8th entry in the beloved and long-running Yakuza series, a massive RPG that expands on its predecessors in various ways.

Furthermore, the series leaves Japan for the first time, taking you to Hawaii in an adventure that spans the Pacific. Moreover, it is said to be the biggest in the series yet, with just the main story lasting more than 70 hours.
It features and fleshes out the turn-based combat introduced in Like A Dragon and includes all the fun and humorous side quests and minigames the series is known for. In fact, some might argue Infinite Wealth is the wildest entry in the series.
Every game in the Yakuza series has been available on Game Pass, including Like A Dragon Gaiden, which was available on Game Pass on launch. Therefore, the question arises whether Infinite Wealth will also be on Game Pass.
Will LAD Infinite Wealth be available on Xbox GamePass?
Unfortunately, unlike Gaiden, Infinite Wealth will not be available on Game Pass at launch. This was confirmed by the series producer Masayoshi Yokoyama who stated that “At the moment, there are no plans for Infinite Wealth to come to Game Pass” in an interview with Automaton Media.
Yokoyama also stated that the reason Gaiden came to Game Pass on launch, was so that the series could reach a broader audience outside Japan, allowing new fans to be introduced to Kiryu in a smaller adventure.
Though it might not be available at launch, it does not rule out the possibility that Infinite Wealth might come to Game Pass at some point in the future. In fact, Like A Dragon first came to Game Pass 7 months after launch.
Furthermore, every game in the series has at some point in time been available on Game Pass, so it only makes sense that Infinite Wealth might one day come to the service as well.
