In order to increase your energy in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to upgrade your Energy Cells. The process of upgrading energy cells is an easy one but might require some patience from the players. Follow the given steps to upgrade your energy cells and increase energy in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Farm Zonaites
The first step of increasing your energy in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is to collect as many Zonaites as possible. Zonaites are the new type of ores that are introduced for the first time in The Legend of Zelda through Tears of the Kingdom.
You can also collect Zonaites by visiting the depths of Hyrules through different chasms around the map, which will be marked with red on your map. Zonaites can be found in the Mining Cave at the Great Sky Islands. In order to increase one energy cell, you will need to collect a total of 900 Zonaites.
Exchange Zonaites for Crystallized Charges
Zonaites can be traded for obtaining Crystallized Charges from Forged Construct. Forged Construct can be found in the Mining Cave. However, it will only give you 10 Crystallized Charges at a time. In order to make the process faster, visit the Forged Construct, located at the Great Abandoned Mine in the Great Plateau. This Forged Construct will give you 30 Crystallized Charges at a time.
Exchange Crystallized Charges for Energy Wells
In order to increase your energy, you will need to obtain Energy Wells. This can be done by trading 30 Crystallized Charges for each Energy Well with the Crystal Refineries. Crystal Refineries can be found in different caves around Hyrule.
However, the Lookout Landing is the easiest location to find. You will find a Crystallized Refinery around this location. Trade a total of 90 Crystalized Charges, and you will get three Energy Wells which will increase an energy cell and also increase your energy in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
