How to Get Fragments in Steamworld Heist 2
Fragments are easy to find, if you know where to look:
Look for them In Bar
No matter how unlikely it may sound, you can actually find Fragments hidden in a bar. So, if you pass by a bar next time, open your map and look for the “Fragment Icon” beside the “Bar Icon.” Then, you need to search for the hidden chests inside the bar.
Earn Some Reputation, Will You?
You can earn reputation by finishing missions with your crew in Steamworld Heist 2. Then, you can turn in the hard-earned reputation by the end of each in-game day. If you are lucky, you will receive Fragments as a bonus.
Why Not Buy Them?
Yes, you heard me. You can literally buy Fragments from the store, but I find that it happens somewhat randomly. So, check the store every time, and who knows, you might find Fragments next time. However, it’s really expensive.
Mission Rewards
Certain missions grant Fragments as a one-time reward upon completion. Once you clear these missions for the first time, you’ll receive Fragments as part of your reward. Unfortunately, these rewards can’t be repeatedly obtained from the same mission.
Loot Bag Farming
A more reliable method to get Fragments involves farming loot bags from missions. These loot bags occasionally contain Fragments and can be farmed by replaying missions. While this method offers a consistent chance to collect Fragments, the drop rate is not guaranteed with each loot bag.
