- 1x Dye
- 4x Sand
- 4x Gravel
Place the above items in the crafting table grid in whichever way you want to obtain concrete powder. Also, both sand and gravel are very common materials in Minecraft. You can find sand alongside waterbodies and you can find gravel just by digging a couple of blocks below the surface.
Now to convert that concrete powder into a concrete block, you need to place them in a body of water and then mine them with a pickaxe to obtain a block of concrete.
