First, you need to complete the Trailblaze Mission “Blue — A Moment of Peace” and unlock the mailbox function. Then, open the mailbox and find a mail from Hoyoverse titled ‘Subscription Reply from Dr. Ratio’. Click the Claim in the bottom right corner of the mail, and Dr. Ratio will join your roster.
After clicking Claim from the mail, Dr. Ratio’s splash art will appear on your screen, and you will get him.
Players starting Honkai: Star Rail and returning players will all be able to pick the limited-time character.
