Heartache Vi Skin: Splash Art, Price, & Release Date

Riot has revealed the upcoming Vi skin, Heartache Vi, which will release on patch 13.3.

Saint Valentine’s Day, more commonly known as Valentine’s Day, is when people express their affection with greetings and gifts. It is celebrated annually on February 14. Many games during this time add Valentine-themed items to their games, and League of Legends is no exception.

Since 2012, Riot has consistently added new skins for Valentine’s Day. First Valentine’s Day skin they added to the game was Heartseeker Vayne. Moreover, Riot created many iconic skin lines because of Valentine’s Day. These skin lines include Heartseeker, Debonair, Crystal Rose, Withered Rose, etc.

Last year, in 2022, we received the Withered and Crystal Rose skin lines for Valentine’s, alongside iconic skins like Crystal Rose Akshan and Withered Rose Zeri. And this year, we will be receiving a new skin line.

For 2023, Riot has revealed the Heartache and Heartthrob skin line. Moreover, It is inspired by high school romance. This skin line features unique skins for three different champions. These champions are Vi, Caitlyn, and Amummu.

Vi is a diver champion released in 2012. She is primarily played in the jungle. As for her builds, she can build both bruiser and tank items.

It isn’t the first time Vi is getting a Valentine’s Day skin. She currently has not only one but two different Valentine’s day skins. These are Debonair Vi and Heartseeker Vi. Heartache Vi will be her 3rd Valentine’s skin.

Since Heartache Vi will be an epic tier skin, it will cost 1350RP.

Release Date

The Heartache and Heartthrob skin line is expected to be launched around patch 13.3. And it is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
