Here’s how you can defeat all the bosses in Halo Infinite.
The Halo Infinite campaign is out now, and players from around are joining to play as Master Chief one more time. Halo Infinite, along with its classic gameplay, has bosses that will be tough to deal with in the game. So we have created a complete guide on how you can defeat all the bosses in Halo Infinite.
How to Defeat All the Bosses in Halo Infinite
There are nine bosses in Halo Infinite, and you will have to play with a different approach for each Boss. The campaign will force you to fight against several bosses, including mini-bosses, which give you the affinity of unique weapon variants. You can defeat those mini-bosses on your own. Moreover, this guide will contain spoilers, so if you prefer to play a game without any spoilers, we advise you not to read any further.
Halo Infinite will make Master Cheif go head to head against all the major big bosses in the game. Defeating these main bosses is crucial to moving ahead in the story. However, trying to beat the main bosses in Halo Infinite can be quite the challenge. So this guide will help you trounce them.
Halo infinite Bosses
The first Boss you will face in Halo Infinite is Tremonius, and he isn’t the toughest of bosses you will face in the game. As the battle starts, the first thing you should do is defeat all the grunts around him. After that, the boss fight will be similar to fighting a regular Banished grunt, with the only exception being his shield.
You will be able to damage him with every weapon in the game. He doesn’t dodge any attacks apart from when you throw grenades at his feet. Try hitting headshots to do the most damage and end this boss fight as soon as you can.
Chak ‘Lok can be a challenging second Boss to deal with in the game. He uses the energy sword and invisibility cloak, the two most deadly special abilities in the game. You can counter the invisibility by using your threat sensor, but the fight will be a little challenging as the fight will be in the dark. If you have chosen a more challenging difficulty, we suggest you spend some spartan cores before entering the battle.
After you upgrade your Threat Sensor, you will get a boost to the radius of the Threat Sensor and a second charge. The second charge will allow you to understand where Chak ‘Lok is lurking precisely.
The best approach to defeat him would be to avoid getting close to him, or his energy sword will cut through your shield easily. Make sure you use your grapple shot if Chak ‘Lok comes close. He will always try to get close to you using the dark, so what you can do is drop your Threat Sensor near explosive tanks and do massive damage to him when you sense him near them. Once the shields are off, make sure you get headshots, and the fight will be over before you know it.
The difficulty you will face in facing Bassus will depend on the weapons you have in hand when you meet him. He has a giant hammer, and he can do massive damage with it if you give him the opportunity. If your ammo reserves are low, you can head to the door on the right after the battle starts to find yellow explosive tanks.
Once he starts charging at you, grab one of them and throw it at him to do a lot of damage at once. You will find more of these yellow tanks in the lower part of the ship and continue doing damage to him until his health is zero.
The third Boss you will face in Halo infinite is Adjustant Resolution. The robot has four unique weak points, which will allow you to stun it for some time. Use this time frame to throw the frag grenade in its legs as it won’t be able to dodge them, and you can do massive amounts of damage in quick successions.
Apart from grenades, keep doing damage with your primary weapon. In this Boss battle, you will find ammo scattered everywhere in the area. Adjutant has a predictable attack pattern, and make sure you dodge when it’s attacking, or your shield will go out quickly.
Tovarus and Hyperius
Tovarus and Hyperius are the only boss battle with a separate cut scene. You will need different approaches to fight each of them as one will be in the Broken Bridge and the other will be on the ground floor. It would help if you first dealt with Tovarus by using the rocket launcher inside the destroyed ship opposite the bridge, and the rocket launcher will do enough damage to take off the shield of Tours.
After that, try landing headshots from the ship and keep doing damage until Tovarus is out of health. During this battle with Tovarus, it is better to defeat him from the ship as grunts will surround you if you try to get close to him.
Once Tovarus is down, now you can focus on defeating Hyperius. You can easily beat him if you manage to steal Tovarus’s Scrap Cannon and rain down a barrage of rockets on Hyperius. Using this weapon, you can quickly kill him without doing pretty much anything.
In Halo Infinite, you will have to face Adjutant Resolution two times in total. The fight will be almost the same, except for the beam that Adjutant bot fires will be more brutal to fight, and it will be due to the strange walls around.
The fight is straightforward apart from the annoying drone enemies which will come in between the battle. They can, however, give you the Sentinel Beam weapon, which is excellent against the Adjutant Resolution. Use the same strategy as you did to beat him before, and another Halo Infinite boss will find its way to defeat.
Jeag ‘Rdomnai is a similar fight to Chal ‘Lok. Apart from this, Boss wields two Energy swords instead of one. We recommend you use the same tactics you used for Chak ‘Lok. All you have to do is keep your distance, keep damaging him until he is dead. Make sure you avoid close-ranged attacks as they can easily cut through your shield and health.
You will finally get to toe to toe against Escharum, the Banished leader. There are four parts of this Boss part, and this is the most demanding Boss you will face in the game. There are relay cores in every corner of the room where a weapon will unlock each time Escharum’s health decreases to a certain point. Halo Infinite saves your game after you manage to destroy each core, so you don’t have to worry about starting again and again to defeat this Boss.
Escharum has a unique set of shield systems, which will change and force him to switch to a new one every time you destroy a core. The biggest challenge here is you cannot damage him when he has his shield on as it will damage the pilot trapped there. He is very dangerous up close, so we recommend fighting from a distance. Players will need to head to the tunnel area to pick up explosive tanks, which can do a good amount of damage to him once you throw it at him.
There are a lot of weapons, along with ammo refill spots around, which will help you keep damaging the giant. Once you manage to destroy all the cores, now keep hurting Escharum until he is defeated.
The Harbinger is the final Boss you will have defeat to do in Halo Infinite. You won’t be able to damage her when she is inside the shielded dome. Players will first have to find their way through the Grunts to hurt her.
After you defeat the first waves of grunts the shield around her will go down, you will get an opportunity to damage the Harbinger. Her shields will change four times, just like the last Boss. Grunts will keep coming every time, and you will have to destroy the grunts four times to land that final blow to The Harbinger when she finally doesn’t have any more shields to protect herself.
