Once you gather enough Poes and bright blue wisps, trade those to the Bargainer Statues. And in return, you will get Dark Clumps. After you get the Dark Clumps, cook a meal with it and consume it to get Gloom Resistance. You can also have Sundelions in Sky Island to get Gloom Resistance.

Get the Skeletal horse when you get into The Depths. Ride the Mount, and you won’t get affected by the Gloom.

You can get Gloom Resistance Armor from the Bargainer Statues. Use this Armor while you visit The Depths, and you will get Gloom Resistance.
