Some recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed two new possible upcoming character designs.
Genshin Impact is an Open World Action RPG game developed by HoYoverse, previously known as MiHoYo. It is mostly free to play with a gacha monetization system. Players need to spend real money to wish for their favorite characters and weapons from banners.
As this is the main way for Mihoyo to earn money, they need to design Genshin characters with special care. So, players are incentivized to pull for the characters they like and spend money on. We already know they do just that because every Genshin Impact character is very well-designed with an intriguing backstory. Also, they are enjoyable to play.
Usually, in every new Genshin patch, we see Mihoyo introduce a new character. So, it’s actually quite admirable that Mihoyo can dish out so many beautifully designed characters in such short periods. There are also different weapon types and elements for these characters.
Recently there have been leaks surfacing that show us some of the possible upcoming characters in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact New Characters Leaked
First, we have a potential Sumeru character. We don’t have a name for her yet. From the image shared on HutaoLover77’s Twitter post, we can see that she is wearing a blue and white dress with golden accents. From her design, we can predict she will probably be a hydro character.
According to another leak, she has the same model type as Amber. Her skin color is similar to Cyno’s. She has short black hair with golden and white curls. Her hair also has golden accent accessories on the side.
Next, we have Wriothesley, another possible upcoming character. This leak doesn’t have and render just an artist’s interpretation of the character. But sources have confirmed that the design is accurate.
