HoYoverse recently released lots of info about the upcoming Genshin Impact 3.7 character Kirara, including her personal info, voice artists, ascension materials, birthday, talents, story, voice-over, hobbies, and more.
Genshin Impact v3.7 is just a few days away. In the new update, we are supposed to get lots of new events, including TCG tournaments. But sadly, in terms of story content, we might not get much. But we are getting some notable character reruns. In the first half, we will get Yoimiya and Yae Miko, and in the second half, we will get Alhaitham and Kazuha banners.
But there will be a new character that will be available in the first half banner of 3.7. She is called Kirara and is a Dendro 4* character. To hype up her release Genshin Impact also released a teaser.
And just a few hours ago, we got Kirara’s character Demo, where the voice actor of Dainsleif explains Kirara’s abilities.

Kirara Introduction
Kirara is a courier for Komaniya Express, a delivery service in Inazuma. She is a nekomata who loves her job and human society. She is a Dendro support who can provide a shield for her teammates.

Elemental Skill
Meow-teor Kick: Press
Leaps into the air with all the agility of a cat passing through the bushes and thwacks her foes with a flying kick that deals AoE Dendro DMG while creating a Shield of Safe Transport. This will
also briefly apply Dendro to Kirara. The shield will absorb Dendro DMG with 250% effectiveness.
The shield’s DMG absorption will be based on Kirara’s Max HP and will not exceed a certain percentage of that Max HP. The remaining DMG absorption on a Shield of Safe Transport will stack on a new one when it is created, and its duration will reset.
Meow-teor Kick: Hold
Out of her desire to “deliver within half a day,” Kirara deploys a Shield of Safe Transport identical to the one that can be created by pressing the skill. She will also curl up into a special express
delivery box, entering the Urgent Neko Parcel state in order to move and fight more swiftly.
Urgent Neko Parcel
- Deals Dendro DMG to opponents she crashes into. This effect can be triggered once on each opponent every 0.5s.
- When in this state, Kirara’s movement speed, climbing speed, and jumping power are all increased, and her Stamina Consumption from climbing is increased. When the duration ends, or the skill is used again, a Flipclaw Strike more powerful than the attack in the Press Mode will be unleashed, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.
- The Urgent Neko Parcel state lasts a maximum of 10s. When the state ends, the skill will enter CD. The longer Kirara spends in this state, the longer the CD will be. Sprinting or actively canceling climbing will end this state early.
Elemental Burst – Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch
Smash opponents with a Special Delivery Package used for punishing parcel thieves, dealing AoE Dendro DMG. After the Special Delivery Package explodes, it will split up into many Cat Grass Cardamoms that will explode either upon contact with opponents or after a period of time, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.
Story
If you ask anyone in Inazuma which delivery company is the most reliable,
the name “Komaniya Express” will surely be mentioned. If you were to continue the line of inquiry
and ask just what about their service left the deepest impression, you would see a smile creep onto their lips as they tell you of a certain special courier…
That adorable, vivacious young youkai with two twin twirling tails. After you thank her for delivering your package, she will bow deeply while wearing an expression of unadulterated bliss,
as though she was the one receiving the gift.
If you’re willing to spend the time to leave a 5-star rating on the feedback board or give her a few snacks, you may even see stars of joy shoot from this youkai’s eyes as her tails swish back and
forth.
Ah! But the same people who tell you this will also warn you that this nekomata isn’t some weak little thing you can pick on. If you have designs on packages that don’t belong to you or get carried away and try to touch her tails… Well, then you’ll have to face the consequences. After hearing all this, it’s hard to resist going to Komaniya Express…

Granny told me that this was my favorite box to sleep in when I was little. Hehe, it’s kinda funny – back then, all I knew about Komaniya Express was that their boxes were big and comfy, and if you’d told me that one day, I’d make a living out of giving all their boxes away to other people, I’d have never believed you.
Hehe, although it is definitely more of a squeeze trying to fit inside their boxes these days… What? What do you mean, all the stuff in there already…? Ugh, no, I mean their empty boxes! I’d never open a customer’s parcel!
