A recent Genshin Impact announcement revealed that a new type of banner is coming to Genshin Impact along with a Eula rerun with Albedo.
Genshin Impact v2.3 is coming in a few days and the hype is building up. Just a few hours later, the Genshin Impact v2.3 Livestream will give us info about the upcoming update. But we already know about some of the things that we are coming in v2.3. According to a recent leak, Genshin Impact v2.3’s first banner will be Albedo rerun. Following this, Itto, the new Geo character’s character wish will come to Genshin Impact.
But some recent leaks have revealed the possibility of a new banner type coming to Genshin Impact in v2.3. The same leak source also claimed that a Eula rerun is coming in v2.3 as well.
Genshin Impact v2.3 New Banner Type and Eula Rerun:
According to a recent post on the Chinese forum website bbs.nga.cn, a new type of banner is coming to Genshin Impact. This new banner is called the Character Event Wish 2 and will only feature reruns of previously released characters.

The leak talks about the new banner and also the possibility of Eula rerun coming in the new banner type along with Albedo. The Aldo and Eula rerun banners will run simultaneously.
The Reddit user ChartsUI translated the Chinese leak in a way for everyone to understand. Basically, the summary of the leak is-
- A new type of character event wish is coming in Genhsin Impactr v2.3.
- Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish 2 will share the same pity. But will be separate from standard banner and weapons banner.
- The Character Event Wish 2 will only be for reruns only and will release periodically and dates announced separately.
- The pity of the Character Event Wish 2 will carry on over to the next one when it ends.
Popular Genshin Impact leaker lumie_lumie on Twitter posted a tick mark gif on the post by SaveYourPrimos further authenticating the possibility of these leaks.
