Here is the build guide for Klee, one of the best Pyro DPS characters in Genshin Impact.
Klee is a playable 5-star Pyro catalyst character in Genshin Impact. The daughter of the intrepid and often quite destructive adventurer Alice, Klee takes after her mother in many ways, much to the dismay of the Knights of Favonius whom she has been entrusted to.
Klee is one of the first main DPS characters introduced in Genshin Impact after Diluc. One of the cutest characters in the entire game, her cuteness dwarfs in comparison to what madness she can do in the game. The Spark Knight of the Knights of Favonius, Klee has a particular talent for creating explosives and is not fazed by the sound of explosions. To the people of Mondstadt, Klee is one of the strongest fighters among the Knights. Despite her ability to create huge bombs, Klee is still a child who enjoys fooling about, making friends, and playing with others.
Klee is having her third rerun in-game with version 2.8 update alongside Kazuha. She can be obtainable from the Character Event banner ‘Sparkling Steps.’

Verdict
Depending on your Klee’s build, she has a few weapons available, and some are a bit difficult to obtain. Even though it’s a 4-star character, The Widsith is the overall best-in-slot weapon for Klee because of its high CRIT DMG and passive stat, which will buff ATK and Elemental Mastery. Skyward Atlas and Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds are two really good 5-stars options for Klee as well. The Widsith is considered better than Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds because of the buff it provides to Klee or any other catalyst characters. Finally, Mappa Mare is a free-to-play craftable catalyst that is great for Klee.

Klee Builds
Pyro DPS Build
4-piece Crimson Witch of Flames
2-piece Crimson Witch of Flames or 2-piece Gladiator’s Finale
Artifact Stats: Flower, Feather, ATK%, Pyro DMG Bonus, CRIT Rate or DMG
Playstyle
Klee is a Pyro DPS with a lot of damage potential thanks to her strong Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Burst. She can be classified as a Pyro carry due to her high damage output and her ability to trigger consistent elemental reactions.
For a standard Pyro DPS build, 4-piece Crimson Witch of Flames set is the best for Klee or 2-piece Crimson Witch of Flames or 2-piece ATK% artifacts are good for her.
Klee will be on the field for the majority of the time, dealing significant damage with her normal attack combos and her skills. Her passive will help her generate energy for the whole party as she uses charged attacks, so she has to be swapped out every now and then to receive buffs, healing, and elemental reaction setups from her other teammates’ skills and bursts.
Klee’s elemental skill Jumpy Dumpty, she will throw Jumpy Dumptys towards the enemies, acting as mines. If enemies come in contact with the mines, they will explode. After the second Jumpy Dumpty, when the mines from the first one have not expired, the mines from the second one will cause the remaining mines to explode immediately.
Klee’s elemental burst, Sparks ‘n’ Splash, will summon multiple Sparks ‘n Splash, which will deal Pyro damage when Klee uses her normal attacks. This effect will be removed if Klee is switched with another party member. So it’s necessary to keep Klee on-field when her elemental burst is used.
Klee can only be played as an on-field DPS, and she cannot be played as a support. She relies on her normal attacks to dish out the most damage, and with proper teammates, she can finish off the strongest enemies in the game pretty easily. Klee is best in vaporize team comps, especially with Xingqiu and Yelan.
While Klee might be strong as a Pyro unit, there are some downsides while playing with her. Her attacks are pretty close range, and you must be around and between enemies to play with her. So it is crucial to have a shield providing character in your party. If you don’t have a character who can provide shields, your best option is to dodge enemy attacks fast. Besides that, Klee is a strong character in the game and one of the best overall DPS characters in Genshin Impact.
