Genshin Impact Starglitter Exchange Shop characters and weapons have been revealed for July 2021.
Genshin Impact is an Action-Adventure RPG game developed by Mihoyo. It’s mainly free to play with a gacha monetization system. Players can use real money to wish for new characters and weapons. And there is a lot of rngs involved in wishing in Genshin Impact as it’s a gacha game. So even when spending money players might not get their desired characters and weapons.
Getting a character or weapons in Genshin Impact is based on RNG. Payers can wish in banners with very little chance of getting their desired characters and weapons. The one exception to this system is Paimon’s Bargain Starglitter Exchange shop. Every month the items in this shop reset and offer players an RNG-free way to get two 4 star characters and weapons from a rotating set.
Currently, the month of June has ended and we are in July. So during the server reset time today, we will see the new characters and weapons.

The two 4* characters that are in the Starglitter for July are-
Fischl
Xiangling.
Fischl is a top-tier Electro Bow character that can be built both as a support or a physical DPS. Her ability Oz persists on the field and continually apply electro to enemies even after swapping her out. Her Elemental Burst makes her turn into Oz and fly through enemies to deal electro damage. But the most important thing is that Oz persists on the field after the initial ability ends. So Fischl can pretty much apply electro effect to enemies almost all the time. Fischl’s constellations are also very good.
Xiangling on the other hand is a very good Pyro Polearm user that can also be built as support or main DPS. Her main value relies in her Elemental Burst Pyronado that can deal pyro damage in a large area and deal a lot of damage. It’s also worth getting her constellations.
And the weapons set this month is the Blackcliff Weapon Set. The weapons offer Crit Damage as a second stat and attack % for getting kills. The Blackcliff weapons are also considered viable for almost all Genshin impact characters.
All the Blackcliff weapons share the same bonus upon getting kills.
