Play as V and Johnny Silverhand of Cyberpunk 2077 in Fortnite.
There seems to be no end in sight to Fortnite’s popularity. Since the release of its Battle Royale game mode all the way back in 2017, Fortnite has been at the top of the mountain in the multiplayer gaming space.
Even when its competitors have dwindled in popularity, Fortnite seems to reinvent itself every chance it gets, and has inspire a wave of live service games looking to replicate its success.
Like other live service games, Fortnite has tons of events throughout the year and even many more collaborations, which come mainly in the form of skins.
Even if you don’t play Fortnite you’ve probably heard about the many characters and celebrities appearing in Fortnite, from video game characters such as Master Chief, to anime characters such as Goku, and even celebrities such as Lebron James. We could spend an entire day listing the many icons that are in Fortnite.
Expanding this roster of crossover skins, Fortnite has also release skins from Cyberpunk 2077, namely V, the protagonist of the game, and Johnny Silverhand, whose spirit possesses the protagonist of the game.
In this article, we look at how you can play as Johnny Silverhand and V in Fortnite, and what other goodies they bring along with them.

How to Get the New Cyberpunk 2077 Skins
Both Johnny Silverhand and V will be in the Fortnite item shop until January 5, 7 PM ET.
Johnny Silverhand
Johnny Silverhand will run you 1,500 V-Bucks and also comes with Johnny’s Duffel Bag Back Bling, which Cyberpunk 2077 fans might recognize as the bag he used to carry the nuke to destroy Arasaka Tower (which ended up taking out a bit more than just the tower).
The skin also comes with two styles, one with his red aviator sunglasses and one without it.
You can also buy Silverhand’s Katana (pickaxe) for 800 V-Bucks, or Johnny Silverhand’s Guitar for Fortnite Festival for 800 V-Bucks.
V (Valerie)
V also costs 1,500 V-Bucks to buy. She wears her Samurai Jacket and t-shirt that we always see her wearing in Cyberpunk 2077 media. She also comes with the Flathead Back Bling.
There’s only style for V, this means that the male version of V is not in Fortnite. However, he may be added in a future collaboration, though personally I’m hoping for Panam and Adam Smasher, or maybe even Edgerunners characters.
You can also buy Mantis Blades (pickaxe) for 800 V-bucks, which has a unique look when equipped with V’s skin compared to other skins, integrating seamlessly with her arms.
Night City Denizens Bundle
You can also get both Johnny Silverhand and V, as well as their accesories for 2,600 V–Bucks by purchasing the Night City Denizens Bundle. The bundle also includes the Night City Lights Wrap for your weapons. The individual prices for all items in this bundle are listed below:
Item | Item Type | Cost |
---|---|---|
Johnny Silverhand | Outfit | 1,500 V-Bucks |
V | Outfit | 1,500 V-Bucks |
Johnny’s Duffel Bag | Back Bling | Included with Johnny Silverhand |
Flathead | Back Bling | Included with V |
Silverhand’s Katana | Pickaxe | 800 V-Bucks |
Mantis Blade | Pickaxe | 800 V-Bucks |
Night City Lights Wrap | Wrap | 500 V-Bucks |
As you can see, purchasing the bundle is much cheaper than buying each item separately.
