Fortnite recently announced the Gamora Cup where participants have a chance to earn the Gamora skin for free.
Fortnite has previously collaborated with Marvel on multiple occasions. We even had a whole Battle Pass dedicated to Marvel skins. But now it looks like another Fortnite x Marvel collaboration is coming in the near future.
Fortnite official Twitter account recently released the Gamora Skin Teaser. The teaser shows a comic strip where we see the Guardians of the Galaxy ship and Gamora in the shadows. She receives an urgent distress call from someone on Fortnite island.

Gamora and Starlord Item Shop Return Date:
About an hour later Epic Games announced the Gamora Cup. We also got news of Starlord’s return.
The Gamora Skin Bundle and Starlord Bundle will come to the Fortnite item shop on August 14th at 8 pm ET.

Schedule:
The Fortnite Gamora Cup will be held on August 11th in All Regions. The actual time for the Gamora Cup will be announced later in-game under the compete tab.
Be sure to keep yourself updated as Epic Games has the right to change the tournament date and time.
Format:
The Gamora Cup will be played in a Duos format and all players in a team must rank in the Open League (Division I, II, or III) or higher within Arena in their respective server region.
The event will continue for 3 hours and participating teams will get to play a maximum of 10 matches. At the end of the 3 hour period, the top-scoring teams as denoted by the prize distribution section will be eligible for the Gamora skin and Backbling.
