Fortnite Season seven’s first wild week is now live and it makes some fun changes to the game.
Fortnite introduced the Wild Weeks event back in May of 2021. Since then Fortnite has had multiple Wild Weeks with different modifiers and increased drop rates for certain weapons. But it was put on hold for some time.
But Epic Games has decided to bring back the Wild Weeks once again for Fortnite Season 7. The official Twitter account recently posted about the start of the Wild Week.

They also released a blog post explaining what to expect from the first week of Wild Weeks this time. Details about it can be found below.
Fortnite “Sneak Week”:
The IO is trying to fight the Aliens with stealth this time so the spawn of silenced weapons is increased. All Epic pistols, Assault Rifles, and Bolt Action Snipers are vaulted for 1 week starting today. The blog post explains what the changes are-
“Starting Thursday of this week, every Epic+ Pistol, Epic+ Assault Rifle, and all Bolt-Action Sniper Rifles will be replaced with their stealthy variants: Suppressed Pistols, Suppressed Assault Rifles, and Suppressed Sniper Rifles.”
The Aliens are also trying to fight back by increasing the spawn of prop-ifiers. The vendors are also selling more prop disguises.
“the Aliens are countering this by deploying more Prop-ifiers across the Island. And in keeping up with trends, more vendors are supplying Prop Disguise services.”
