Fortnite recently announced the Aloy Cup for the PS4 and the PS5. Top placing teams in the tournament will have a chance to earn the Aloy Skin and Backbling for free.
Fortnite v16.20 update just dropped recently and it introduced new game mechanics, weapons, NPC’s, and new skins. A skin that data miners found in the game files was Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn. Along with the skin, Fortnite data miners found clues that pointed towards a new LTM dedicated to Aloy and Lara Croft teaming up.

Item Shop Arrival Date:
The Aloy skin along with it’s bundle will come to the Fortnite item shop on April 15th. The Aloy skin bundle includes-
- Aloy Outfit
- Blaze Canister Back Bling
- Aloy’s Spear Pickaxe
- Glinthawk Glider
- Shield-Weaver Wrap
- Heart-rizon Emote
- Aloy the Skywatcher Loading Screen (bundle only)
Fortnite Aloy Cup Details:
Date and Time:
The Fortnite Aloy Cup will commence on April 14th only for PS4 and PS5 users of all regions. The actual time of the Alloy Cup will be listed under the in-game compete tab if you are on the appropriate platform.
Format:
The Fortnite Aloy Cup will be played in a Duos Format and all members of the team must reach Open League (Division I, II, or III) or higher within Arena in their respective region before the start of the tournament.
The event will run for about 3 hours and teams will be allowed to participate in a maximum of 10 matches. After the 3 hours are over, top placing teams based on the point system (mentioned below) will be eligible for the free Aloy skin and the Blaze Canister Back Bling.

Victory Royale: 35 points
2nd: 29 points
3rd: 26 points
4th: 24 points
5th: 22 points
6th: 20 points

Eliminations
Each Elimination: 2 Points
Bonus for Eliminations using a Bow: 8 Points
As there are 8 points for each elimination with the Bow, Focusing on eliminating players with the bow will be a key strategy in the Fortnite Aloy Cup.
Prize Distribution:
The prizes for top placements in the tournament will be awarded to both members of the duo team. The prize distribution is as follows-
