Fortnite recently put a music Lobby Track from the Season 6 battle pass called “Wild” into the March 23 item shop for 200 V-bucks.
Fortnite Season 6 started about a week ago and introduced along with it a new Battle Pass. The Season 6 battle pass has lots of rewards including skins, emotes, backblings, emoticons, lobby tracks, etc. The tier 70 reward for Fortnite Season 6 is the Wild lobby track. This lobby track can only be unlocked by reaching battle pass level 70 before Fortnite Season 6 ends. But something unexpected happened.
The item shop for March 23 just updated recently and Fortnite players were shocked to see a battle pass lobby track being sold in the Fortnite item shop for 200 V-bucks. The lobby track in question is called the “Wild” and it’s in tier 70 of the battle pass. But all battle pass rewards for a season are exclusive and only obtainable through leveling the premium battle pass.
It seems Fortnite put the Season 6 battle pass lobby track called “Wild” in March 23rd item shop by accident.

Fortnite’s Response:
Fortnite recently made a statement about the mistake and declared that they will soon remove it from the item shop. The Tweet was made using the FortniteStatus account that provides service updates for the game. The Tweet reads,
“The Wild Lobby Track was made available in the Item Shop today despite also being a Battle Pass Reward. We realize that this was a mistake and will be removing it from the Item Shop.”
Epic Employee Responded to Reddit Comment:
a Reddit user asked an Epic employee about the battle pass lobby track being sold in the item shop. The Epic Games employee replied saying, “Shouldn’t be there – we’ll be taking it out of the store.”
And as for the people who already bought the lobby track/music pack without realizing or in hopes of getting compensation, there was another reply to a question that was asked about a potential refund from Epic. To which the dev replied, “We’re sorting through all that now. Stay tuned.”
