Riot recently released the Year One Anthem for VALORANT and in it, we got to see the new map.
VALORANT is a free-to-play first-person hero shooter developed and published by Riot Games. VALORANT was first released back in June of 2020. In the beginning, it had 4 maps and they are Haven, Bind, Split, and Ascent. In the first year of VALORANT, we got two new maps Icebox and Breeze. So that means Riot is planning to release a new map every 6 months.
Breeze was released a few days ago and we got the trailer for the new Agent KAY/O. Riot also recently released the Year One Anthem for VALORANT celebrating one year of VALORANT being out. In the video, we got a first look at the upcoming VALORANT map.
VALORANT New Map:
In the image, we saw the new map and it appears to be situated on top of a mountain. The left side of the map has some greenery while the right side seems to be more desert-themed. We don’t know which side is for the attackers or the defenders. But from the lore of VALORANT, we can deduce that the right desert side will be the attacker spawns.
cynprel recently shared some images of the newly teased images of the upcoming VALORANT map. The image on the right has a road that seems to be leading to the new VALORANT map.
Not much info is currently available about the new map, but we will update everyone as soon as they are available. There is a high possibility for this teased map to release this year.

Recently Floaxy on Twitter leaked the name and description of the new VALORANT map. The map is called “Fracture” and its description reads,
“A top-secret experiment site split apart by a radianite-fueled disaster. Flip the script on attackers with aggressive defender positioning on a new dual-biome map.”
Recently a teaser for the upcoming “Fracture” map was revealed.
