Riot Games finally revealed details about the upcoming new item class “Mythic Items” for the season 11 preseason and here’s everything you need to know about the AP Mage and Assassin Mythic items.
In every preseason Riot tries to bring some major changes to the Summoner’ Rift. In season 8 preseason they brought new runes wherein season 10 preseason, they brought changes to the Elemental Rifts which eventually changed the landscape of League of Legends. Likewise, for the upcoming season 11 preseason, they were teasing new item updates, new item class, and item system overhaul.
And now, ahead of the season 11 preseason, Riot has shared all the details about the upcoming Mythic items for AP Mage, Fighter, and Assassin in League of Legends.

AP Mage Mythic items
Liandry’s Anguish
Anti-Tank
Price: 3400 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +600 Mana
- +25 Ability Haste
Torment: Your spells cause enemies to burn for 60 (+10% Ability Power) (+4% target’s maximum health) magic damage over 4 seconds, shredding their Magic Resist by 5% per second for 4 seconds (up to 25%)
Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +5 Ability Haste
Luden’s Tempest
Burst damage
Price: 3400 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +600 Mana
- +10 Ability Haste
- +10 Magic Penetration
Echo: Damaging an enemy with an Ability deals 100 (+15% Ability Power) additional magic damage to your target and 3 nearby enemies and grant you 30% Move Speed for 3 seconds. (8 second cooldown)
Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary items +5 Magic Penetration
Everfrost
Slows enemies
Price: 3400 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +200 Health
- +600 Mana
- +10 Ability Haste
Active – Frigid Blast: Deal 100 (+30% Ability Power) damage in a cone, slowing enemies by 65% for 1.5 seconds. Enemies at the center of the cone are Rooted instead. (45 second cooldown)
Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +15 Ability Power
AP Fighter and Assassin Mythic items
Hextech Rocketbelt
Mobility
Price: 3200 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +250 Health
- +15 Ability Haste
Active – Fire Bolt: Dash in target direction, unleashing an arc of rockets that deal 250-350 (lv 1-18) magic damage. Then, gain 75% Move Speed toward champions for 1 second. (40 second cooldown)
Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary items +5 Magic Penetration
Axamuk’s Folly
Magic Vamp
Price: 3200 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +15 Ability Haste
- +150 Health
- +10% Omnivamp
Corruption: For each second in champion combat, deal 3% bonus damage (max 15%). While this effect is maxed, convert 100% of the bonus damage into true damage.
Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +5% Magic Penetration.
Night Harvester
Teamfight multikill
Price: 3200 gold
- +80 Ability Power
- +250 Health
- +15 Ability Haste
The Reaping: Damaging an enemy champion deals 150-250 (lv1-18) magic damage and grants you 25% Move Speed for 1.5 seconds. (60 second cooldown per champion)
Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary items +5 Ability Haste
Riot is releasing a total of six Mythic items for AP champions, three for mages, and the other three for AP Fighters and Assassins.
Liandry’s Anguish will be an Anti-Tank mage item that will cause enemies to burn for their percentage of health. Luden’s Tempest on the other hand will deal Burst damage to the target and 3 nearby enemies while giving additional movement speed.
Everfrost will be slowing enemies by 65% for 1.5s while dealing extra damage to its active Frigid Blast effect.
Mythic items for AP assassins are surprisingly strong as well. Hextech Rocketbelt will have an active effect that will Dash in the target direction and deals additional damage.
Axamuk’s Folly will be a Magic Vamp item that will deal bonus damage for each second in champion combat. When its effect is maxed it will also deal 100% bonus true damage to its opponent.
Night Harvester will be a Teamfight multikill item that will deal bonus magic damage to its opponent based on the level while giving additional movement speed.
All 22 Mythic items will on the PBE for six-week for testing purposes and will hit the live servers in early November.
