Karthus will finally be getting a new skin in Patch 13.13.
The Elderwood skin line is a collection of alternate-universe skins that feature champions as mystical nature-inspired creatures. It is a part of the well-known Eclipse universe, which includes both the Old Gods and Coven skin line.
The skin line was introduced to the game back in 2016 along with Elderwood Hecarim and Elderwood LeBlanc. Since then, many other Elderwood skins have been released, including Elderwood Ahri, Elderwood Nocturne, Elderwood Ornn, and more.
In addition, Riot released Elderwood Gnar & Rek’Sai last year. And we’ll be receiving two additional Elderwood skins this year: Elderwood Wukong and Elderwood Karthus.
