There have been leaks of a new Eclipse Senna Prestige Edition skin that could cost a whopping 18K RP to acquire.
With the new ‘Mythic Overhaul,’ acquiring prestige edition skins will be different from patch 12.6. What we know so far points to a new loot milestone system. By reaching the last tier, you will unlock the prestige skin. And you will need about 18,000 RP to unlock all the tiers.
Yes, that is a lot of RP, but you need to keep in mind that you will be unlocking a whole bunch of skin shards and other things along the way. So, it is not 18K RP for only a Prestige Edition skin, if it makes it any better.
But as of yet, the League community has not taken the news positively. Spending 130$ for a prestige edition skin seems ridiculous to most players. Previously, we could buy the event pass and grind toward unlocking the prestige edition skins. So such a jump in price feels too much.
BigBadBear, who is known for other accurate leaks in the past, recently shared that Senna is getting prestige skin. Also, he added that it would cost 18,750 RP.
Senna already has a prestige edition skin, True Damage Senna Prestige Edition, released in 2020. So getting a second one within the time span of 2 years seems unlikely. If it were Lux or Ezreal, maybe I would be convinced more. But for now, I am taking this leak with a pinch of salt.
But the cost to unlock the prestige skin at 18K RP seems real. Data mined files reference a milestone system that rewards players for hitting certain tiers. It also mentions Eclipse 2022.
Overall, we still don’t have any proof of the new skin. But the milestone system has not been received well by players. To be fair, we still don’t know all the details of the new system. So, for now, we will just have to wait.

Probable Release Date of Eclipse Senna Prestige Edition
If the leaks are accurate, Senna’s new prestige skin will be coming out with patch 12.8 along with other Eclipse skins.
