Bandai Namco announced the first 24 characters for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO and all of them are different variants of Goku and Vegeta.
Publisher Bandai Namco announced the roster details and trailer for the upcoming Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO and the first 24 characters are all Goku and Vegeta. Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is the fourth installment of the Budokai Tenkaichi series, and a teaser trailer was revealed at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour in 2023.
‘Sparking! ZERO’ is the direct sequel to Budokai Tenkaichi 3, released over 15 years ago. Goku and Vegeta are the most iconic characters in the Dragon Ball franchise, and Bandai Namco revealed that the first 24 characters in the game are all variants of them. However, according to Bandai Namco’s announcement, the game will feature more than 160 characters when released.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Bandai Namco for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. However, Bandai Namco did not reveal when the game will be released.
