The clash started on 22, February 2020, and players around the globe battling with each other for rewards except for EUW and EUNE server where clash will start on 29, February 2020. But Riot did not announce what players will receive as rewards participating.
There are two types of rewards, Clash Orb and Clash Capsule. If someone spends RP on buying Clash ticket you will receive Clash Capsule as rewards or you will just receive Clash Orb.

There is no official article from Riot on what you will get from Clash Orb or Capsule, but one Reddit user contacted Riot support and they gave him the breakdown of the rewards based on placement for both the orb and the capsule.
