To get all the pieces, you may follow the steps below:
Meet Saula at Kara Kara Bazaar
First, visit the Kara Kara Bazaar while you travel to the Gerudo Desert. There you will find Saula, who is a Gerudo Merchant. Saula will give you the Desert Voe Headband for 450 Rupees. Get the Headband from Saula, and then find two other items to complete the Armor set.
Get to “Fashion Passion” at Gerudo Town
Fashion Passion is a shop in Gerudo Town. After you get the Desert Voe Headband from Saula, Saula will tell you to visit Fashion Passion at Gerudo Town to get the other 2 pieces.
When Link visits Gerudo Twon, be careful as the city is ruined, and enemies can lurk there. To get to Gerudo Town, activate the Matayat Shrine and get the Sand Seal fast. Press A when Link is close and get on the Desert Rift and start your journey to Gerudo Town.
Once in the Town, get to the Gerudo Chief’s room and activate the Soryotanog Shrine. After that, find the Gerudo Secret Shop (-3792, 2903, 0043).
Once you get there, follow the waterway path, which is dried now. And create Rock Hammer with your Fuse skill, and you will get to the three-pillar station. Once you see the three pillars, Ascend upwards, and you will find the Gerudo Secret Shop.
Get the Desert Voe Spaulder and Trousers right away from that place.

- Desert Voe Spaulder: 1300 Rupees
- Desert Voe Trousers: 650 Rupees
