The Crimson Dawn is a syndicate that operates from the shadows. They prefer espionage, blackmail, and assassinations in favor of direct confrontations.They have territories in Toshara and Akiva.
You can build a good relationship with them early game as there are plenty of opportunities to do so. Many of the story choices in Toshara, the first planet, involve the Crimson Dawn. Furthermore, your Crimson Dawn quests are some of the first faction quests you’ll get access to.
It is worth doing so as getting access to their territories can help you with a lot of missions. Moreover, their reputation rewards are quite helpful for stealth. As stealth is a significant part of Outlaws’ gameplay, it is a get to a hold of them.
