To get the Cece Hat in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you may follow the steps below:
Visit Hateno Village
Visit the Hateno Village to meet Cece, a fashionista, to get the Cece Hat. You will find her house near the Market in the village.
Once you meet her, talk to her. Cece will tell you about a quest about supporting the village’s mayoral candidate. You can help Team Cece or Team Reede.
Complete Cece’s Secret
This is another side quest that you must complete after talking to Cece’s sister outside the store and follow Cece at night to complete Cece’s Secret in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Complete Reedes’s Secret
Talk to Reede’s wife, Clavia. Reede is one of the mayoral candidates. And to complete Reede’s Secret mission, you must follow him at night too.
Complete Koyin’s Quest
Visit the Hateno Pasture and meet Koyin. Koyin will tell you to get a message from the pond, and you must retrieve it to complete Koyin’s quest. Also, you will have to complete the Signature Food quest after meeting Koyin.
Once you have completed all these quests, talk to Sophie, and she will tell you to wait for a sunny day. Once the sunny day arrives, talk to Sophie again, and once you are done talking, visit Cece at her store, and she will give you the Hat finally.
Remember, you cannot upgrade the Hat’s power, and you can wear it with any Armor set you have in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
