Warzone Season 4 is getting a massive mid-season update. Here’s everything we know about it.
Every Warzone season generally gets a mid-season update titled Reloaded. Season 4 Mercenaries of Fortune will not be an exception. The season 4 reloaded update will bring a new weapon, new game modes, weapon buff/nerfs, and most importantly, a Terminator crossover event.
According to Activision, the patch will be available for players starting July 27 at 9 am PT/12 pm ET/4 pm UK. The update will also introduce a new in-game mode titled “Titanium Trials,” a more challenging rendition of the Iron Trials game mode.

Mercenaries of Fortune Mid-Season Update
Portable Redeploy Balloons
Portable Redeploy Balloons is the newest traversal feature of Warzone. Players can now deploy a portable redeploy balloon that will allow them to rocket through into the air. The duration of the field upgrade is 30 seconds. Furthermore, it has a lower health pool than its larger counterpart, stationary redeploy balloons.
Armored SUV Nitrous Upgrade
Players can now add a NOS upgrade to their armored SUVs. The nitrous upgrade will provide instant acceleration in any situation. With the power buff, Armored SUVs will indeed move up the rankings in Warzone.
Vanguard Zombies Camos in Warzone
In Mercenaries of Fortune Reloaded, those who unlocked Vanguard Zombie Camos, including Golden Viper, Plague Diamond, and Dark Aether, can use them on their Vanguard weapons in Warzone.
Rebirth of the Dead
In Rebirth of the Dead, a re-imagined version of Zombie Royale presented by Beenox, ten quads will deploy to the island, ready to battle fellow Operators, both living and undead.
Eliminated Operators will return as zombies, intent on adding to their numbers by hunting the remaining humans. To revive as an Operator, zombies must locate and collect four antivirals, which can be found in several ways:
- Lone antivirals, visible through obstacles, are found in crates and at Buy Stations.
- Eliminate an Operator to earn two antivirals.
- Earn all four antivirals by performing a Finishing Move as a zombie, earning instant revival, and netting the animated “Head Scratcher” Calling Card.
The Infestation Meter will fill up throughout the match as zombies are eliminated. Once it is filled, all spectators will be revived as Zombies.
Titanium Trials
In celebration of the Terminator crossover, the battle royale game mode will transform players into the embodiment of a terminator. The health pool will get buffed to a whopping 300 HP from 150 HP, making gunfights harder than ever. Moreover, the game mode will feature brand-new modified weapons.
New Weapon: Vargo-S
Vargo-S is a full-auto assault rifle packing a punch with a fast fire rate and adequate long-range damage. It is one mean weapon that is effective where versatile equipment reigns. Unsurprisingly, Vargo-S is a total powerhouse for Warzone’s new map, Fortune’s Keep.
Operator Bundles: Terminator x Warzone
Tracer Pack: Terminator T-800 Mastercraft Ultra Operator Bundle
This ten-item Bundle features the Ultra-rarity “Model T-800” Operator paired with its own Finishing Move, Play of the Game, and MVP highlights for a truly immersive experience. Other notable items are the “Neural Net Processor” Ultra Assault Rifle Weapon Blueprint, “Coltan Alloy” and “Motorhead” Legendary Weapon Blueprints, “Always Scanning” Charm, “I’ll Be Back” Animated Emblem, and the “Infrared Optics” Reticle.
Tracer Pack: Terminator T-1000 Ultra Operator Bundle
The Ultra “Model T-1000” Operator leads this ten-item Bundle, also featuring its own Finishing Move, Play of the Game, and MVP highlights as well as three Legendary Weapon Blueprints: the “Liquid Metal” SMG, the “Persistent Mission” Assault Rifle, and the “Identity Theft” LMG. Also equip the “Alternative Future” Watch, the animated “Full Chase” Emblem, and the animated “Unstoppable” Calling Card.
Mercenaries of Fortune Reloaded Release Date
The Season 4 reloaded update will hit Vanguard on July 26th at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm UK and Warzone: July 27th at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm UK.
