Infinity Ward has finally revealed the pc requirements for Modern Warfare 2’s open beta. Here are the recommended and minimum specs required to play MW2.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s open beta is almost here. The open beta will allow players to experience the new game mechanics and features. PlayStation users will get their hands on MW2 open beta first, after that, PC and Xbox players will get the chance to experience the most anticipated game of 2022.

Modern Warfare 2 Minimum PC Specs

MW2’s minimum specs are surprisingly less demanding than the game’s initial looks, it is similar to MW (2019). As the game is also being made for last-gen consoles, it makes sense that the minimum specs are minimal compared to the game’s scale.

MW2’s recommended specs emphasize high CPU and RAM specs as the game is set to have significant visual upgrades from the previous three CoD titles. However, players do not need to upgrade their PCs as these are necessary to run the game at high frame rates while using high or ultra settings.

However, these PC specs are only applicable to the open beta. So, players should expect the final PC requirements to come out just before the game’s final release on October 28, 2022.
