Dead Spectator chat is ruining tons of matches, and players are quite frustrated about this feature. As a result, the player base demands a fix for this as soon as possible.

Warzone 2 is a free-to-play battle royale that now features a brand-new map, Al Mazrah. Join forces with your friends and jump into a sprawling battleground in the metropolitan area and rural outskirts of the Republic of Adal. Discover supply boxes and complete contracts to build your arsenal and gain a tactical advantage.

After CoD: MW 2, Activision released the reincarnation of the previously famous prequel Warzone to let players experience the CoD and battle royale in one package. Unfortunately, since the initial launch of this new game, players are constantly facing lots of bugs and glitches. On top of that, there are some game-breaking features like dead spectator chat that are causing unintentional chaos in Al Mazrah.

If you are playing Warzone 2 regularly, you might have come across this issue already; if you didn’t, you are pretty lucky. Although this is a feature implemented by Activision so that dead teammates can communicate with their teammates and lead them to final victory, the community is demanding a fix for it asap.

Dead Spectators Chat is Broken

In the Warzone franchise, the dead spectator’s chat feature is entirely new, and it’s a brand new communication system that also works like proximity chat. Unfortunately, this feature spreads toxicity among the teammates and the Warzone community.

Players are now discovering that their dead teammates can intentionally ruin their matches by revealing their position. For example, imagine yourself in the last zone, where your dead teammates reveal your position by feeding information to the opponent teams. It would be pretty frustrating. But, unfortunately, that is what happened to a player called u/Silver-Anybody5086 on Reddit.

There is a ton of comment who are saying this feature is beyond broken and activism should fix it immediately. One user called u/rusticlizard said, “This is so beyond broken. Hopefully, this gets voted to the top of the page and fixed by the developers somehow.”
