Leaks suggest the Battle Academia skinline is returning to League of Legends in 2026.

The Battle Academia skin line, first released in 2019, remains one of the most beloved and recognizable cosmetic themes in League of Legends. Since its debut, the skin line has carved out a unique identity with its exaggerated anime-style visuals, high-energy spell effects, and character-driven storytelling, making it instantly appealing to fans of action-heavy anime.

As its name implies, the skin line clearly draws inspiration from popular series such as My Hero Academia, featuring academy uniforms, extravagant ultimates, and dramatic “power-up” moments that mirror classic shonen tropes.

Over the years, Battle Academia has consistently ranked among Riot’s most successful skin lines, thanks to its unique theme. With new leaks suggesting that Battle Academia skins are returning in 2026, excitement is once again building around what Riot could add next to this fan-favorite universe.
