Twitch VTuber Hambino was recently accused and banned from Paypal for reportedly selling “Sexual Services”.

Hambino is a Twitch streamer who uses a virtual avatar to stream. The Twitch channel has more than 120,000 followers. Hambino usually plays games on the stream, such as PUBG, DayZ, Apex Legends, etc. We can also sometimes see Hambino in the Twitch Just Chatting category. But Hambino’s favorite game is Apex Legends, and he also used to be a professional Apex player.

Recently Hambino was shocked to see that his Paypal account was permanently banned. The reason, according to Hambino was “Selling Sexual Services”. Hambino posted the message from Paypal on his Twitter account. He wrote,

“Apparently have been lifetime banned from Paypal for “selling sexual services”??!?!? How am I supposed to stream now”

Hambino then spent an hour on the phone with Paypal customer service. The Paypal support apparently refused to disclose the instance that got Hambino banned. They said that someone from Paypal manually reviewed Hambino’s social accounts and came to the following conclusion.

Hambino also got Paypal to agree to reopen the case of his ban, and Paypal finally decided to lift the ban on his account after consideration. A happy Banbino wrote on his Twitter account,

“Defeated the Paypal allegations”

Paypal sent an email to Hambino saying they further reviewed the case and have decided to lift the restrictions on Hambino’s account.
