How to Unlock Outfits in AC Mirage
In Baghdad, you can find outfits in gear chests scattered around. When you find a gear chest containing an outfit, the chest itself will provide the outfit, while two additional chests in the area will provide Upgrade Schematics 1 and 2.
You’ll need to explore each district to find all Gear Chests and unlock all outfits. As you progress through the main story missions, you’ll unlock special outfits like the Initiate of Alamut.
You have to make sure you loot every Gear Chest you encounter to fill Basim’s wardrobe with Mirage’s unique outfits.
How to Upgrade Outfits
To upgrade an outfit, you’ll first need to collect three key resources:
- Leather: You can purchase it from vendors or loot from enemy camps and carts. This resource is needed for all outfit upgrades.
- Steel Ingots: Also sold by vendors or found as loot. You’ll need this resource for higher-level upgrades.
- Upgrade Schematics: You can find these in special locked chests and by completing quests. This is what you need to improve an outfit.
Once you have the necessary materials, head to a Tailor location marked with a needle and thread icon on your map. Interact with the tailor to bring up the Outfit Upgrade Menu.
You can spend your resources here twice to improve any outfit, unlocking additional perks and abilities. Make sure you do this for every outfit you want to upgrade.
How to Change Outfit Dyes
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage allows you to customize the colors and appearance of Basim’s outfits using special dyes. You can obtain these dyes when you:
- Solve the Enigma puzzles found in the world.
- Complete contracts and side quests.
- Improve your ranking with the Hidden Ones faction.
You can equip dyes by opening your inventory menu and selecting an outfit you own. To spice up your gear, add dye overlays like accents or patterns. Mix and match between dyes and outfits to define Basim’s iconic look as the streets of Baghdad’s protector.
You can turn Basim into a stylish and deadly force against the Order of the Ancients with the Outfit Customization options in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. Unlock powerful new gear, upgrade their strengths, and apply colorful dyes to create an outfit suitable for your play style. Become the best-dressed assassin in 9th-century Baghdad with GameRiv!
